Responsabilidades

Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams to foster innovation and technical excellence
Define technical strategy and architectural vision aligned with business objectives
Establish and evangelize engineering practices (design patterns, DDD, agile at scale)
Partner with executives and cross-functional leaders to shape product roadmaps and technical direction
Drive architectural decisions ensuring scalability, security, and resilience across systems

Resolve complex cross-domain technical challenges
Oversee design and implementation of highly-available, high-traffic services

Requisitos principales

Extensive engineering leadership experience building and scaling product teams
Deep expertise in software architecture, system design, and enterprise patterns
Proven track record designing secure, reliable, distributed systems at scale
Experience establishing technical standards across multiple teams
Strong strategic thinking aligning tech decisions with business goals
Outstanding communication skills influencing senior stakeholders
Demonstrated success leading large-scale technical initiatives and organizational change
