As Principal Data Scientist at ClearPeaks, you will identify and lead AI opportunities and oversee project delivery. You combine hands-on delivery with early management exposure to drive impact across client engagements. You’ll steer architecture discussions, ensure high-quality code, and articulate ML value to non-technical stakeholders. This role offers the chance to shape AI-driven business outcomes within a multinational consulting environment.

Responsabilidades
- Lead AI engagements and own project delivery end-to-end
- Manage key stakeholders across technical and non-technical groups
- Lead software architecture and design discussions
- Review design decisions and ensure code quality
- Navigate uncertain projects and bring structure and organization
- Drive business impact and value delivery through ML solutions
- Develop and apply ML agents, propensity modeling, forecasting, and assortment optimization
- Present results to technical and business audiences and communicate value
- Translate business requirements into technical implementations and monitor KPIs
- Maintain partner relationships and optimize integrations
- Report technical issues and advise product team on improvements
- Conduct ad-hoc business analysis using SQL and derive insights
Requisitos principales
- 2+ years leading teams and end-to-end delivery
- 4+ years as a Data Scientist and individual contributor
- Strong architecture and software design knowledge
- Solid data engineering and software development skills
- Expertise in Python and ML/DL frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, h2o)
- Understanding of Statistics, ML, and Agent-based AI
- Knowledge of ML-Ops (model deployment, monitoring, data drift, APIs)
- At least 3 ML projects in production
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of optimization techniques (OR, MIP) is a plus
- DataIku knowledge is a plus
