In this role you will lead and shape the RShiny-based analytics ecosystem for clinical data projects, enabling integrated analyses and visualizations across global teams. You will set up and maintain a robust R-based computing environment, mentor statisticians, and support regulatory submissions. The position combines hands-on programming with leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and training to drive high-quality statistical deliverables. You’ll work in a fast-moving environment aimed at accelerating therapy delivery and improving study insights.

Responsabilidades

Serve as statistical department resource and mentor biostatisticians
Direct activities of biostatistics personnel on projects to ensure timely, high-quality work
Provide support across all statistical tasks from protocol to CSR
Prepare or oversee SAPs with mock-ups for tables, listings, figures
Lead statistical aspects of protocols and randomization input when required
Create/review programming specs for analysis datasets, tables, listings, figures
Review CRFs, database design, and study docs to ensure data quality
Maintain project documentation and quality control for inspection readiness
Lead one or more complex projects (e.g., submissions, integrated analyses) and engage in regulatory meetings as needed
Manage project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation across multiple studies
Provide statistical programming support as needed and participate in DSMB/DMC activities when applicable
Ensure compliance with SOPs, WIs, and regulatory guidelines (ICH)
Support business development through proposals and sponsor meetings
Be willing to take on additional duties as assigned
Travel may be required

Requisitos principales

Previous Rshiny experience is required
PhD or MS in biostatistics, statistics, mathematics or data scientist with emphasis on computing/informatics
At least two years of experience as statistician in pharma/biotech or similar
Excellent R and R-shiny knowledge with experience in clinical data structures and programming
Expert in functional and object-oriented programming
Knowledgeable in Javascript/Typescript, HTML, WebGL
Experience in CUDA/GPU programming, cloud computing, Github, web-hosting
Strong communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively
Team player; fluent in English
Minimal travel may be required
