As Platform Technical Lead, you define the technical vision and roadmap for the platform and lead several technical leads across domains such as CI/CD, IaC, DevEx, and Software Quality. You architect and evolve the PaaS, balancing legacy systems with developer experience. You coach teams in DevOps and SRE practices, enabling scalable, secure, reliable platforms. You will operate in a hybrid Madrid-based setup and contribute to Verisure’s growth and transformation with a strong architectural and hands-on impact.

Responsabilidades

Define the platform's technical vision and roadmap
Architect and implement the PaaS evolution including legacy considerations
Lead and mentor technical leads across domains (CI/CD, IaC, DevEx, Quality, Middleware)
Promote best practices and solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability, security, and cost awareness
Train teams in modern software/platform engineering, adhering to DevOps and SRE principles

Requisitos principales

Master/ B.A in Computer Engineering
Fluent English
10 years IT experience
Experience with Platform as a Service, Microservices, and event-driven architectures
Strong design and system architecture understanding including trade-offs for reliability, scalability, security and cost
Knowledge of development methodologies, version control, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
End-to-end ownership mindset for shaping solutions and architectural decisions

Strong analytical skills Team player and collaborative Excellent communication with management and peers Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions Microservices Event-driven architectures (Events & Services)
