In this role you will own strategic initiatives within our global Performance Marketing program, driving data-driven improvements that impact budget and growth. You’ll collaborate with Trading, Product, and Data teams to translate insights into actionable plans and OKRs. The position emphasizes analytical rigor, cross-functional influence, and delivering campaign excellence. You’ll shape the SEM program at a leading travel platform, balancing automation and stakeholder management to unlock scale and impact.

Responsabilidades

Own critical strategic initiatives within the global program and drive them to completion
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, proposing data-backed optimization strategies
Develop and refine strategies aligned with business objectives, proposing OKRs and roadmaps
Ensure campaigns follow best practices and deliver high-quality Ads
Identify automation and reporting needs, drive adoption of new processes/tools
Communicate achievements and impact with stakeholders and external search engine reps

Requisitos principales

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable plans
Strong business acumen and experience driving measurable results and P&L impact
Ownership mindset with proven ability to start, lead, and complete projects
Independent and proactive, with ability to work collaboratively
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Experience in data-driven decision-making in a commercial context
SEM experience is a plus but curiosity to learn bidding strategies is essential
Fluent in English; additional European language a plus
