Responsabilidades

Manage end-to-end payroll processes for Spain: data collection, monthly updates, tax calculations, payment validation and compliance checks
Maintain payroll records and update changes to contracts, compensation and benefits
Support the implementation of labour policies (Equality Plan, Collective Bargaining Agreement)
Prepare documentation for labour inspections and liaison with authorities
Monitor changes in Spanish labour law and ensure organization compliance
Contribute to continuous improvement of payroll and labour administration processes
Provide support during audits and internal controls
Act as primary contact for payroll and labour-related queries
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations
Provide administrative support for HR projects and maintain employee data in internal systems
