In this role you help manage global regulatory reporting and responses within a fast-changing payments environment. You will operate in a global/regional model to centralize governance of regulatory exams and RFIs, partnering with multiple teams to drive clear, timely outcomes. You’ll build and maintain an engagement platform, create reusable templates, and analyze findings to surface regional hot spots. This role offers the chance to shape how regulatory engagements are tracked, automated, and communicated across the organization. You will work in a dynamic, data-driven setting focused on compliance, risk, and operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

Document and socialize standards and control framework, including exam-ready checklists
Develop a platform to track engagements and RFIs, highlighting progress, risks and findings
Intake, triage, orchestrate, track and escalate all regulatory reg engagements and RFIs within a sustainable framework
Publish guidelines and FAQs, library of previous questions, deck templates and standardized formats, required approvals
Analyze regulator findings to produce hot-spot reports by region, function and process
Streamline recurring RFIs with opportunities for automation and AI/ML, sourcing and templating
Partner with Operations, Product, Technology, Audit, Compliance, Regulators, and other groups to navigate regulatory changes

Requisitos principales

Operations experience within a Corporate & Investment Bank
Strong knowledge of risk, controls and regulatory matters
Experience delivering governance and oversight across business and risk disciplines
Analytical thinker capable of cross-issue synthesis
Self-starter with ability to manage own workload and deliverables
Well organized with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Proven track record of delivery
Clear and confident communication across the organization
Energetic, self-motivated and able to perform under pressure
BA (or equivalent) degree required
