In this role you drive automation and accuracy in EMEA regulatory reporting within Payments Operations. You will partner with SMEs, Technology, and Product to clarify procedures and data sources, while leading analysis using Waterfall and Agile methods. You’ll own business requirements, BRDs, acceptance criteria, testing, and user stories, contributing to stronger controls and continuous improvement. You’ll communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, deliver data-driven reports, and help scale compliant reporting processes to support the firm’s clients and regulatory obligations. Responsabilidades

Analyze regulations to identify EMEA reporting requirements and products in scope
Collaborate with subject matter experts, Technology, and Product partners on procedures and data sources
Lead business analysis for reporting obligations using Waterfall and Agile practices
Gather, validate, and own business requirements; write BRDs, define acceptance criteria, perform testing, and raise user stories
Identify process improvements and risk mitigation to strengthen controls
Conduct stakeholder walkthroughs to articulate reporting requirements
Execute data analysis, prepare reports, and manage regulatory submissions
Prepare SOPs, document changes, and maintain Confluence content
Participate in department continuous improvement initiatives
Communicate status, progress, issues, and blockers to senior stakeholders
Proactively learn product designs, systems, and payment flows

Requisitos principales

Min. 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar
Proficient in English
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate across departments
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
Strong data analysis ability and translating technical info into business reports
Structured problem-solving mindset
Demonstrated leadership, responsibility, analytical skills, and self-motivation
