Experteer Overview

In this role you will manage and grow the dermatology portfolio across assigned territories, aligning partner strategies with global plans and ensuring profitability. You will monitor performance, oversee P&L, and drive new business opportunities to rollout Almirall’s pipeline. You’ll build strategic partnerships, mitigate risks, and represent the company at industry events. You will develop deep dermatology expertise and maintain strong product mastery to engage partners and local stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Define and execute business and commercial strategies with partners across territories, aligning with brand plans and profitability
Drive sustainable growth by monitoring performance, market share trends, and competition, ensuring capabilities at country level
Own full P&L accountability for partners, ensuring profitability and long-term success
Manage contractual commitments, identify risks, and implement mitigations and corrective actions
Build strategic partnerships with a global perspective to achieve business objectives
Identify and lead new business opportunities, supporting launch of Almirall’s dermatology portfolio in territories
Represent Almirall at congresses and events to foster stakeholder relationships and growth opportunities
Develop deep dermatology landscape expertise including clinical practices, competition, KOLs, and scientific societies
Maintain knowledge of key brands with ongoing training to ensure product mastery and effective engagement with partners and local stakeholders

Requisitos principales

Bachelor’s degree in business or life sciences
Professional experience of at least 5 years in partners management, commercial roles and business development
Experience in the pharmaceutical sector with understanding of pharma field roles and go-to-market strategies
MBA is advantageous (not required)
