In this role you will expand Autodesk’s partner ecosystem across EMEA mature by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-potential partners. You’ll work to enhance Autodesk’s market reach as a platform company and drive partner-led growth from Barcelona. You’ll collaborate across teams to enable partners and measure performance for continuous improvement. This is a stakeholder-facing role that blends business development, relationship building, and strategic outreach to key decision makers.

Responsabilidades
- Identify potential partners aligned with Autodesk's strategic initiatives and market goals; assess market trends to find new ecosystem fit
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract high-potential partners and articulate Autodesk's value proposition
- Develop onboarding processes and enablement tools to ensure quick partner integration and early wins
- Foster collaboration across Autodesk teams and coordinate with departments for strategic alignment
- Design and monitor partner performance plans and drive improvements through reviews
Requisitos principales
- Experience in Sales, partner management, business consulting, or related IT software roles
- Understanding of SaaS and platform business models
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives
- Business fluency in English and at least one other European language
