In this Senior Manager role, you will shape how Grifols operates by strengthening organizational health and driving people initiatives that support business outcomes. You’ll work across the Organizational Effectiveness & Design CoE and People Strategy projects, partnering with HR leadership to translate strategy into actionable governance and capability-building. You’ll lead diagnostics, design reviews, and large-scale transformation efforts, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. This is a chance to influence how Grifols deploys its new governance model and fosters a high-performing, adaptable organization.

Responsabilidades

Design and continuously improve global frameworks for organizational effectiveness and governance
Partner with HR and leaders to ensure alignment with strategy and operating model
Lead diagnostics and design reviews to identify optimization opportunities
Define metrics to assess organization health and impact
Support capability-building in change management and organization design
Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders on transformation dynamics
Communicate complex concepts in a clear, actionable way
Support large-scale transformation initiatives (restructuring, integration, evolution)
Co-lead the translation of business strategy into people priorities
Develop materials/frameworks to deploy people strategy and governance
Provide data-driven insights with Data Analytics to improve decision-making
Lead or contribute to OD and People Strategy projects with strong execution
Ensure governance and operating model deployment are effectively managed
Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated solutions
Engage stakeholders to ensure initiatives are understood and embedded
Facilitate workshops and leadership discussions to co-create solutions
