In this Senior Manager role, you will shape how Grifols operates by strengthening organizational health and driving people initiatives that support business outcomes. You’ll work across the Organizational Effectiveness & Design CoE and People Strategy projects, partnering with HR leadership to translate strategy into actionable governance and capability-building. You’ll lead diagnostics, design reviews, and large-scale transformation efforts, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. This is a chance to influence how Grifols deploys its new governance model and fosters a high-performing, adaptable organization.

Responsabilidades

  • Design and continuously improve global frameworks for organizational effectiveness and governance
  • Partner with HR and leaders to ensure alignment with strategy and operating model
  • Lead diagnostics and design reviews to identify optimization opportunities
  • Define metrics to assess organization health and impact
  • Support capability-building in change management and organization design
  • Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders on transformation dynamics
  • Communicate complex concepts in a clear, actionable way
  • Support large-scale transformation initiatives (restructuring, integration, evolution)
  • Co-lead the translation of business strategy into people priorities
  • Develop materials/frameworks to deploy people strategy and governance
  • Provide data-driven insights with Data Analytics to improve decision-making
  • Lead or contribute to OD and People Strategy projects with strong execution
  • Ensure governance and operating model deployment are effectively managed
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated solutions
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure initiatives are understood and embedded
  • Facilitate workshops and leadership discussions to co-create solutions

Requisitos principales

  • 8+ years in Organizational Development, People Strategy, or related areas
  • Experience driving organization design and transformation at enterprise scale
  • Experience with Centers of Excellence or OD consultancy is a plus
  • Strong conceptual and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
  • Proficient English
  • Ability to operate in a global matrix environment
