In this role you will advance AXA GO's operational resilience by shaping end-to-end continuity strategies and testing readiness for disruptions. You will work within Group Security to ensure IT services can recover swiftly, aligning with regulatory guidelines and group policies. You’ll lead and coordinate resilience initiatives across AXA GO entities, driving measurable improvements and incident preparedness. This is an opportunity to influence security posture at scale in a global, tech-led insurance environment.

Responsabilidades

Align ITSCM & IT Resilience planning with Group guidelines and regulatory requirements (DORA)
Develop and maintain ITSCM/ITR methodologies within the Operational Resilience Management System
Define and share operational resilience requirements for broad audiences and train Local Operational Resilience teams
Review business impact analyses to identify critical IT services and threats
Collaborate on ITSCM/ITS Continuity Plans to ensure recovery and continuity of IT services
Oversee yearly DR test campaigns and overall readiness of IT services
Provide awareness/training programs for wide audiences on resilience practices
Monitor effectiveness of ITSCM activities and recommend improvements
Report to GO Security Oversight leadership on the Operational Resilience program
Contribute to remediation of audit issues within the Operational Resilience perimeter

Requisitos principales

University degree in Security or IT
Operational Resilience industry certification (ISO 22301 Lead Implementor/Lead Auditor) strongly recommended
5+ years of experience
Strong experience in Operational Resilience Management Systems
Experience with ISO27001/2 and related security standards is a plus
Experience with regulatory requirements related to Operational Resilience (GDPR, DORA) is a plus
Experience in the Financial Services sector is preferred
Proficiency in ITSCM/ITR standards and tools
Knowledge of BCM and Incident & Crisis Management concepts
Strong risk management understanding
Fluency in English; French is an advantage
