Experteer Overview

As Offer Director in our Barcelona-based team, you own the technical, economic, and commercial content of assigned tenders, ensuring proposals are competitive, feasible, and aligned with strategic goals. You lead the design of the service model, operate with cross-functional partners, and validate proposals against regulatory and market realities. You coordinate with Development, Tender Office, Operations, and Finance to deliver compliant solutions that meet profitability targets. This role offers impact in shaping public tenders for sustainable urban mobility and working at the intersection of strategy, finance, and operations.

Responsabilidades

Own the technical, economic, and commercial solution for assigned tenders
Lead development of operational scheme, service model, and technical specifications
Validate feasibility, scalability, and competitiveness of proposals
Define technical, economic, and operational content for tender; coordinate with Tender Office for final formatting
Define operational service scheme with Operations; align pricing with Finance
Prepare CAPEX, OPEX, productivity assumptions, and risk assessments in project sheets
Develop detailed financial models (CAPEX, OPEX, cost structures, P&L)
Ensure proposals meet profitability targets and create business plans using financial tools
Engage with commercial, technical, and political authorities to gather information

Requisitos principales

Proficiency in English
Extensive experience in tenders and coordinating cross-functional teams (Development Director, Tender Office, Operations, Finance)
