As SAP Product Manager, you will shape the multi-year strategy for digital enablement within the ERP team. You will govern and integrate learning tools like SAP Enable Now and WalkMe to support the global workforce in navigating SAP workflows. You will collaborate across functions to translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure a consistent in-app experience. This role sits at the Digital Campus initiative, marrying digitalization with real-world impact in aerospace.

Responsabilidades

Define multi-year platform strategy and roadmap for digital enablement tools aligned with SAP S/4HANA.
Establish governance for in-app guidance, simulations, and help docs; set global UI/UX standards for in-app overlays.
Own product management lifecycle: translate business requirements into technical user stories and oversee delivery.
Oversee integration of learning platforms with enterprise systems (LMS, ServiceNow).

Requisitos principales

Several years of IT Product Management, Digital Transformation, or Educational Technology experience within SAP ecosystem.
DAP expertise with WalkMe and SAP Enable Now at enterprise scale.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or comparable.
Analytical mindset to translate needs into technical solutions.
Architectural understanding of how DAP layers interact with HTML/CSS and SAP GUI.
Agile proficiency with sprint leadership and backlog management (Jira).
