In this role you will helm Nordic full-funnel media strategies to maximize investment efficiency for top beauty brands. You will work within the Media team of the Consumer Products Division to drive mass-market reach and brand visibility across Nordic digital and physical touchpoints. You will lead data-driven media initiatives, retail media partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate growth and market relevance. This role offers hands-on ownership, cross-border impact, and the chance to shape the media landscape in a fast-moving consumer context.

Responsabilidades

Develop overarching data-driven media investment strategies aligned with diverse consumer profiles
Manage agency relationships, briefs, budget coordination, and day-to-day media execution
Drive transactional and retail media strategy in line with Retailer Joint Business Plans
Analyze performance and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI and turnover
Accelerate data initiatives including 1P audience growth and SEO/SEA strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally with Advocacy, Ecommerce Brand Managers, and Brand teams to enable test & learn engagements

Requisitos principales

3+ years of professional experience in media management (digital) within FMCG/consumer goods
Deep knowledge of full-funnel media activation and data-driven strategy development
Proficiency with Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Manager, Google Ads, and GA4
Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset focused on ROI in high-volume environments
Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of navigating a complex matrix organization
Fluent in English; Nordic language skills and local media landscape knowledge are a plus
