Responsabilidades

Detect and identify potential incidents using monitoring tools and escalate to the appropriate solution team
Conduct thorough analysis of incidents to determine nature, scope and impact
Adhere to and help enhance operational standards, protocols and incident procedures
Prepare and share timely incident reports with the Major Incident Management team to support transparent communications
Contribute to continuous improvement of detection/analysis processes and stay current with incident management techniques
Respond to the NOC lead autonomously within defined scope to drive incident resolution

Requisitos principales

Interpersonal skills with high-quality written and verbal communication
Strong analytical and conceptual abilities
Fluent in English and Spanish
Knowledge of monitoring tools: Grafana, PagerDuty, Opensearch, Nagios
Knowledge of automation with Python and Rundeck
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines; experience with CloudBees preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; master's a plus
Container orchestration certifications desirable (e.g., CKAD/CKA)
Automation-related certifications desirable
Cloud administration/architecture certifications desirable (e.g., AWS)
IT operations experience and familiarity with Agile ways of working certifications desirable
