In this role you will help shape BNP Paribas’ campus LAN and Wi‑Fi networks across offices and branches. You will design secure, resilient architectures and work with cross‑functional teams on global infrastructure projects. You will document designs, support complex incidents, and drive standardization in a large, multinational IT environment. Responsabilidades

Design and evolve LAN and Wi‑Fi infrastructures with resilient, secure architectures
Produce architecture/engineering documentation and support deployment projects
Contribute to global infrastructure transformations and standardization efforts
Audit existing network infrastructures and identify improvements
Perform technology watch and test new products and versions
Act as technical expert during incident resolution and support operations
Maintain high internal client satisfaction and collaborate in a hybrid work environment
Support IT services evolution as part of BNP Paribas IT core

Requisitos principales

Strong expertise in telecom infrastructure and enterprise networks
Proficiency in configuring enterprise LANs with switches/routers and protocols (BGP, OSPF, Spanning Tree, EVPN, VXLAN, SD‑WAN)
Experience with Wi‑Fi network setup, coverage surveys, AP configuration, and controllers
Hands‑on experience with Cisco ISE (802.1x, EAP‑TLS, TEAP)
Familiarity with Cisco Catalyst switches, Cisco ISE, WLC 9800, Catalyst Center, Aruba switches, Aruba MC, Ekahau, Arista switches
Master in Networks and Telecommunications (or equivalent) and fluent English; basic French is a plus
7+ years in similar roles in large organizations
Willingness for on‑site and on‑call support as required
