In this role you lead the Prime engineering stream within the Customer Experience Team, shaping how a key product area evolves across a leading travel platform. You will drive technical delivery, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver customer-focused value. The role combines hands-on design with strategic input to scale and improve the Payments domain. You’ll operate in a hybrid Madrid/Barcelona setting, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead the technical delivery of a critical product in the Prime domain
  • Collaborate with Product, Business, Architecture, Data Science to define technical strategy and ensure performance
  • Translate functional specs into robust technical designs and break work into value-adding tasks
  • Promote technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Lead a cross-functional agile team of 7–10 engineers and manage recruitment/onboarding
  • Manage team performance, goals, capacity, and foster engagement and belonging
  • Mentor team members and support their career development

Requisitos principales
