Responsabilidades

Define end-to-end strategy for cross-functional technology initiatives
Provide strategic oversight for Terraplan (Anaplan) to optimize territory management
Oversee core platform operations for availability, performance, and scalability
Build and lead ROI-focused programs for technology and AI investments
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Service, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance
Lead Agile transformation and lean product delivery at scale

Requisitos principales

10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
5+ years managing technology solutions for B2B Sales or Service organizations
Proven CRM implementation/optimization experience (Salesforce, Anaplan, Netsuite, AI) in a global enterprise
Strong program management skills with complex multi-year roadmaps and budgets
Deep understanding of modern tech stacks and disruptive technologies (AI, automation)
Bachelor in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
