In this role you will contribute to the design, validation and integration of mixed-signal ICs, focusing on analog-digital interfaces and verification. You will collaborate with analog, digital and layout teams to ensure robust silicon performance across power and signal management blocks. You will work on models, simulations and post-silicon validation to support fast-growing automotive, consumer and networking markets. Responsabilidades

Analog and Digital Mixed-Signal design and validation
Define and document analog-digital interfaces
Develop behavioral models for analog blocks
Perform mixed-signal simulations, debugging and verification
Lead Analog IP definition, development and verification
Assist Digital Design team with timing, I/O and DFT constraints
Post-Silicon validation and characterization support
Collaborate with Analog, Digital, and Physical design teams

Requisitos principales

Bachelor in Electrical Engineering plus relevant experience (5+ years for BSEE, 2+ years for MSEE)
Strong knowledge of ASIC development and silicon fabrication processes
Solid transistor-level and analog/mixed-signal circuit design background
Experience with Monte-Carlo, noise, stability analyses
Proficient in Cadence ADE-L and ADE-XL
Experience with spectre, HSPICE, MATLAB
Experience with Verilog-AMS, SystemVerilog and Verilog-A for behavioral modeling
Knowledge of DFT techniques (SCAN, LBIST, ABIST, IDDQ)
Experience with DRC/LVS (Calibre) and STA/Mixed-Signal timing constraints
Good written/verbal communication and teamwork
