In this role you will maintain and advance AXA’s global M365 Exchange & Collaboration platform, ensuring security, availability and up-to-date features. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to support a large-scale tenant and guide L2 teams through knowledge transfer. This position offers hands-on technical leadership in a market-leading IT environment focused on secure collaboration and hybrid provisioning. You’ll engage with vendors and internal groups to align with security and compliance objectives, shaping how AXA collaborates globally.

Responsabilidades

Maintain the global M365 platform including maintenance, updates, upgrades, patching, migrations, consolidations and deployments
Evaluate and test new Exchange Online & M365 Collaboration features released by Microsoft
Ensure high security and availability through proactive measures
Develop and maintain operational, configuration, and standard operating procedures
Lead knowledge transfer to L2 teams to enable shifted-left operations
Provide expert guidance on Microsoft 365 and deliver 3rd/4th line support
Coordinate with vendors and IT staff for issue resolution
Assess security threats and implement countermeasures in line with group policies
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and compliance teams to secure 365 and on-premise environments
Ensure compliance with Group Security policies and support hybrid provisioning platforms
Collaborate with M365, Architecture, Cyber Defense, Proofpoint, Group Security teams
Work with AXA entities across regions to meet global objectives

Requisitos principales

Experience with Microsoft 365 tenants (min 50k users in a single tenant)
≥3 years in analyzing, documenting, and maintaining large-scale messaging infrastructure
≥3 years in Microsoft 365 Hybrid provisioning and authentication
≥3 years as senior Microsoft 365 Exchange Online and M365 Collaboration expert
≥3 years in integrating Line-of-Business apps with Exchange Online via Microsoft Graph / Exchange Web Services
≥3 years PowerShell scripting experience
Experience in multinational and heterogeneous environments
Experience with Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance services, Purview, Defender
Strong English communication skills; ability to work in a team and independently
Knowledge of Information Security principles; ability to articulate technical concepts to business users
Project and capability to drive a small team and present a technical vision
Nice-to-have: Windows/security/network security and Terraform; Azure and Federated authentication
