You work closely with project managers, site managers, and clients to guide the full project cycle from sales through engineering to handover. Responsabilidades

Lead Controls Engineering teams with task allocation and reporting
Ensure resource availability and skill alignment for project execution
Serve as main Controls Engineering contact for PM, Site Manager, Procurement, Manufacturing, and client stakeholders
Create and update project status reports, forecasts, and schedules with cost control
Identify, document, escalate, and manage project risks and changes
Ensure all Quality Gates are met for Controls Engineering
Perform on-site safety audits and drive resulting actions
Support project closing and lessons learned sessions
Validate BOMs, procurement, cabinet manufacturing, and electrical installation timelines
Oversee design risk assessment and safety validation during controls design
Clarify electrical design definitions impacting customers
Coordinate installation checklists and site readiness for commissioning
Provide validated emulated PLC programs and device configurations to pre-commissioning team
Support preparation of Functional Description Specifications and Customer training material
Ensure comprehensive technical documentation including operator manuals and HAZOP/risk assessments
Transmit layout, network, and schematic drawings to emulation and installation teams
Ensure deliverables to customers are accurate and timely

Requisitos principales

Degree level understanding in a technical Engineering discipline
5+ years in an industrial automation environment
Experience leading project teams on complex projects
Good understanding of project plans, execution, and handover processes
Working knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical drawings and ISO standards in automated warehouses
Travel requirement of 20–50% within EMEA
Strong English communication and organizational skills
