In this role, you will own the global Master Data Management program, guiding it from planning to delivery and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy. You’ll work with Finance, Data Owners and Data Stewards to capture needs, validate business cases, and drive adoption. You will lead agile delivery, establish KPIs, and mentor project teams to achieve high-impact data quality across the enterprise. This opportunity combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a multinational context.

Responsabilidades
- Lead the global MDM project from planning through delivery
- Define roadmaps, governance, and success criteria
- Act as the accountable owner for the program and align with corporate strategy
- Collaborate with Finance, Data Owners and Data Stewards to capture requirements and drive adoption
- Ensure delivery follows Agile methodologies with iterative value delivery
- Establish and monitor KPIs for quality and business impact
- Provide guidance and leadership to project teams and ensure knowledge transfer
Requisitos principales
- Proven track record leading enterprise-level MDM implementations in multinational or complex organizations
- Strong Agile project management experience with cross-functional teams
- Ability to deliver large-scale projects on time, on budget, with measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management with Finance, Data Owners, and Data Stewards
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving and results orientation
