As MDM Integration Architect, you will design and govern the integration layer for SGS's global Master Data Management program. You’ll define how the MDM hub connects with ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, and analytics systems, ensuring secure, scalable data flows. You’ll lead API standards, data pipelines, and event-driven workflows, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. This role offers impact across a global data landscape and exposure to modern integration tech and processes.

Responsabilidades
- Define and own the MDM integration strategy and reliable data exchange across enterprise systems
- Design, document, and enforce API definitions, standards, and governance
- Oversee data pipelines and workflows (batch, near real-time, event-driven) for master data distribution
- Ensure integration architecture meets security, scalability, and performance requirements
- Collaborate with MDM Architects, Data Owners, and Business stakeholders to translate needs into solutions
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve integration performance, resilience, and error handling
- Stay updated on integration trends, middleware tech, and API management to propose enhancements
Requisitos principales
- Proven track record in complex system integrations within MDM or large-scale data initiatives
- Hands-on experience with API management platforms (SwaggerHub, Apigee, MuleSoft, Azure API Management, Kong)
- Expertise in integrating with SaaS applications (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, Dynamics 365, Oracle Fusion, SAP S/4HANA Cloud)
- Strong background in ETL/ELT tools, middleware, and cloud-based integration services (Azure Data Factory, Informatica IICS, MuleSoft)
- Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures
- Familiarity with data quality and governance in master data flows
- Strong knowledge of security protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML, TLS) and compliance (GDPR, SOX)
- Experience leading long/complex projects with multiple stakeholders
