As an MDM Architect in SGS's AI&T department, you will shape the global Master Data Management strategy and architecture. You’ll ensure scalable, compliant data models, integrations, and governance to support enterprise needs across ERP, CRM, Finance, and Analytics. You act as the technical authority for the program, driving data flows, security, and adoption with cross-functional stakeholders. This role offers impact at scale within a leading TIC group, balancing innovation with robust data governance. You’ll work with a global team to deliver a unified, high-quality master data product that supports business decisions and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

Define and govern the MDM solution architecture (data models, workflows, integrations)
Translate business needs into robust, scalable designs
Select, configure, and optimize the MDM platform
Design integration strategies (batch, APIs, ETL/ELT) with ERP, CRM, Finance, and Analytics
Enforce governance, data quality, and security standards
Collaborate with stakeholders (Finance, Data Owners, Stewards)
Provide technical leadership to development teams

Requisitos principales

Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead in large-scale MDM projects
Strong knowledge of MDM platforms (Informatica, SAP MDG, Reltio, Stibo, IBM, etc.)
Expertise in data modeling, integration, and API architectures
Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and cloud integrations
Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and master data domains
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)
