In this role you contribute to the Stress Engineering team in Madrid, advancing materials databases, engineering processes, and qualification data for VIP aircraft design, production, and maintenance. You will help drive innovation, sustainability, and engineering excellence across materials and processes while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Your work supports lightweight, high-performance, and compliant solutions for business aviation. This position offers global impact through cross-site collaboration and engineering rigor.

Responsabilidades

Assist engineering teams with material and manufacturing process selection, qualification, and certification for VIP interiors.
Create and improve materials specs, procedures, databases, and technical docs to maintain compliance and excellence.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on new technologies, qualification programs, procurement support, and process optimization.
Ensure adherence to EHS and environmental regulations (REACH, RoHS) and support eco-design principles.
Lead and contribute to R&D and continuous improvement projects on sustainability, lightweight solutions, cost reduction, and efficiency.
Provide engineering support across P21J, P21G, and P145, including certifiable solutions and structural analysis activities.

Requisitos principales

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials, Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
At least 3 years of relevant aerospace/aviation engineering experience.
Strong understanding of materials engineering, qualification methods, certification activities, and standards.
Experience with technical specs, qualification programs, and engineering documentation.
Knowledge of REACH and RoHS environmental compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for multicultural, multidisciplinary collaboration.
Fluency in English and Spanish; French and/or German a plus.
