As Marketing Director, Global Partners & Programs, you will lead the global partner marketing strategy and operations. You will manage a team of partner marketers, align with regional teams, and drive partner-focused demand generation with GSIs and technology partners. You’ll oversee programs like Celonis Platform Apps Program and Celonis for Consulting, shaping co-branded content and events. Your work fuels partner-driven growth, accelerates pipeline, and strengthens ecosystem collaboration in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role with a clear impact on market leadership and partner success.

Responsabilidades
- Define and drive global partner marketing strategy and execution for GSIs, technology partners, and strategy partners
- Align ecosystem stakeholders and marketing leadership to ensure partner-inclusive motions
- Oversee and optimize partner programs such as CeloConnect, Celonis Platform Apps Program, and Celonis for Consulting
- Collaborate with regional and field marketing to design demand generation campaigns with partners
- Guide thought leadership through co-branded content, webinars, case studies, and events
- Mentor and develop a high-performing partner marketing team
- Track performance with KPIs and provide actionable insights for improvement
- Partner with events teams to lead Ecosystem Summit and sponsorships at Celonis flagship events
Requisitos principales
- 8+ years marketing experience with 4+ years in partner marketing, preferably in SaaS or with GSIs/tech partnerships
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- Ability to translate strategy into operational, regional plans
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems and joint GTM motions
- Experience marketing partner-developed apps and scaling programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication; able to influence at all levels
- Strategic thinking with strong prioritization and deadline discipline
- Advanced analytics skills to derive insights from performance data
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and reporting platforms
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel for partner-facing activities and internal meetings
