In this role you will translate marketing data into actionable growth strategies across campaigns and channels, partnering with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Customer Experience. You’ll own the marketing measurement framework and ensure data-driven decisions align with business goals. You will visualize outcomes in executive dashboards and collaborate across the Data Insights group. This is a hands-on role focused on optimizing funnel performance and driving measurable impact.

Responsabilidades

Design and maintain dashboards and reports tracking performance across campaigns, channels, and lifecycle stages
Analyze trends in pipeline generation, conversion, lead quality, CAC, ROI, and attribution
Partner with Demand Generation to test, measure, and optimize digital, content, and lifecycle campaigns
Develop a unified marketing measurement framework linking top-of-funnel activity to revenue outcomes
Collaborate with Customer Experience to create NPS/CSAT insights and data packages
Ensure consistent data definitions and accurate reporting across systems
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Campaign Managers to evaluate impact and optimization strategies
Present insights and recommendations to marketing and executive leadership

Requisitos principales

5-6 years in marketing analytics, data science, or growth analytics in SaaS/B2B tech
Proven ability to build and interpret multi-channel dashboards
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution, and funnel analysis
Advanced proficiency with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools
Familiarity with lead management, campaign tracking, and CRM data structures
Excellent communicator with ability to translate data into business narratives
Curiosity and precision in turning numbers into growth insights
