As Operations Manager at the Harvey facility, you lead a safe, efficient, high-performing manufacturing operation within the South Plant leadership team. You drive operational excellence through leadership development, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration, shaping a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. You partner with multiple functions to meet customer demand safely and efficiently while strengthening leadership capability. This role offers impact through people development, process standardization, and strategic execution.

Responsabilidades

Lead safe, efficient, and high-performing manufacturing operations and oversee supervisors and production staff
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement with daily management systems and KPI reviews
Develop and coach supervisors and frontline leaders; support succession planning and performance development
Drive root-cause problem-solving and project-based improvements focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction
Collaborate with Planning, Scheduling, Warehouse, Procurement, Maintenance, Quality, Laboratory and other teams to align priorities and meet demand
Establish SOPs and standard work; manage process documentation for consistency
Support safety, environmental, regulatory, quality compliance and cost control objectives
Lead manufacturing improvement projects and optimize process flow and equipment reliability
Act as technical liaison between Laboratory and Operations to implement new methods and product specs

Requisitos principales

Five (5)+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in a batch environment
Experience leading supervisors and developing frontline leaders
Proven ability to drive accountability and organizational change
Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills
Experience using KPIs to improve performance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of EPA, OSHA, ISO, TS, IATF or similar standards
Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment

Communication Coaching and mentoring Influencing and collaboration SAP experience Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement Process control systems
