Experteer Overview

Executive-level role driving growth and strategy for a marine insurance business. You will shape and execute expansion across global markets, recruit top Marine Producers/Brokers, and lead the growth of the marine division with strong incentive plans. Based near London, with international travel to meet partners and MGUs. The opportunity offers a defined LTIP and substantial bonus potential to support the 5M growth target.

Responsabilidades

drive growth and execute strategy for the marine division
open new markets/territories globally
lead talent recruitment of Marine Producers/Brokers
coordinate cross-functional efforts to scale the marine business
travel internationally to nurture wholesale broker relationships and MGUs

Requisitos principales

proven experience as marine producer/broker with leadership potential
demonstrated track record in growth or business development within marine insurance
willingness to travel internationally and be based within commuting distance to London
ability to recruit and build a high-caliber producer network

leadership stakeholder management strong communication knowledge of commercial marine lines (H&M, P&I and Liability)business development and market expansion talent recruitment in broking
