As Manager, Industrial Engineering & IOT Chapter Lead, you will bridge IT and OT by championing digital infrastructure standards and embedding them with manufacturing and S&R teams. You’ll provide technical leadership for IT/OT projects, translate business needs into enterprise-aligned solutions, and mentor a four-person chapter across locations. Your work enables IT/OT convergence that supports sustainable innovation in manufacturing environments. This role offers influence across global teams and a direct impact on operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

Serve as main liaison between Digital Infrastructure and Manufacturing/S&R operations
Advocate for IT standards in OT environments while respecting operational constraints
Build and maintain strategic relationships with manufacturing and S&R stakeholders
Provide technical leadership for IT/OT projects spanning IT and OT domains
Translate business requirements into technically sound solutions aligned with enterprise standards
Mentor and develop chapter members on IT/OT integration best practices
Manage a team of four direct reports across multiple locations

Requisitos principales

5+ years in industrial/manufacturing engineering with strong IT/OT integration experience
Deep understanding of IT systems (networks, security, cloud) and OT technologies (SCADA, MES, PLCs, industrial IoT)
Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence without direct authority
Track record of successfully implementing IT standards in operational environments
Strong communication skills capable of speaking both IT and OT languages
Experience leading technical teams or chapters
Demonstrated people-management experience with direct reports
