In this role you will help design, implement, and manage IAM, PAM and PKI solutions to protect digital assets across DSM-Firmenich. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure compliant, scalable identity and access controls that meet business needs. You will lead secure authentication initiatives, including MFA, and develop PKI roadmaps while driving cyber resilience. This position offers impact through shaping security architecture and working in a collaborative, global environment.

Responsabilidades
- Design, implement and deploy IAM solutions
- Lead IAM, PAM & PKI projects with strategic guidance
- Architect IAM aligned with best practices and compliance
- Lead secure authentication design including MFA
- Oversee PKI services deployment and roadmap development
- Ensure IAM architectures meet regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with business, technology teams and suppliers for cyber resilience
- Develop monitoring/reporting to track user activity and compliance
- Educate IT staff and end-users on IAM best practices
Requisitos principales
- 10+ years in Cyber Security domain
- Deep knowledge of IAM, PAM, PKI
- Proven experience as IAM Consultant/Architect
- Strong understanding of security frameworks, compliance standards
- Experience with access control, authentication, identity federation
- Knowledge of ITIL/SIAM/COBIT
- Broad understanding of other IT domains
- Experience with market players and service providers
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Team player with global/cross-functional experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate analytical skills
- Commercial mindset and assertiveness
