In this Technical Manager role, you will lead a 5-person DevOps team across Spain and India, steering AWS, CI/CD, and automation strategies. You will partner with development managers and stakeholders to enable reliable releases and scalable infrastructure. You’ll drive technical decisions, perform code reviews, and support continuous delivery and operational excellence in a hybrid, globally distributed environment. This position combines hands-on coding with leadership to shape DevOps practices and cloud-native automation at scale.

Responsabilidades
- Lead and manage a team of 5 DevOps engineers across Spain and India
- Drive technical decisions and strategy for AWS, CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure
- Perform code reviews and assist with release management
- Collaborate with development managers and stakeholders to support delivery and operations excellence
Requisitos principales
- 7+ years professional experience
- 2+ years in a management or technical lead role
- Hands-on coding experience (Python preferred) with ability to perform code reviews
- Strong DevOps background including release management, operations, and CI/CD pipelines
- Tech stack: AWS, Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform, Python, automation tools
