In this role, you will lead the data science team driving GenAI and LLM innovations for CrowdStrike. You shape the technical vision and steer research, mentoring engineers and collaborating with product and leadership to align AI strategy with business goals. You will manage production-grade model development, deployment, and evaluation at scale, influencing how cybersecurity AI assistants access information and assist users. Responsabilidades
- Lead and architect the research strategy for GenAI agents/LLMs
- Recruit, lead and mentor a team of data scientists
- Drive innovation in LLM applications (reasoning, summarisation, interactivity)
- Decide on GenAI model architectures, training approaches, deployment strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners and senior leadership on technical strategy
- Represent technical excellence through publications and thought leadership
- Establish best practices, standards, and evaluation frameworks
Requisitos principales
- Advanced degree (Master or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 8+ years in applied ML/research with leadership in production-grade models
- Proven track record in leading Data Science teams
- Deep expertise in LLM training/deployment at scale
- Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and strategic influence
- Advanced knowledge of Python, DL frameworks, and cloud technologies
- Expert understanding of GPU technologies and optimization
- Outstanding communication with senior stakeholders
