Experteer Overview
In this role you manage the end-to-end finance platform portfolio within the D&T chapter, coordinating Finance, Controlling, Tax, Treasury, and Consolidation. You lead delivery across squads and drive efficiency by setting quality standards and recommending best-in-class SAP solutions. You will report to the Finance Chapter Lead and liaise with multiple streams to support the Finance area in a global, intercultural environment. This is a chance to shape digital finance solutions and impact profitability through effective program management and stakeholder alignment.

Responsabilidades
- Act as end-to-end coordinator for the D&T platform across finance domains
- Set up quality and delivery standards to improve platform efficiency and reduce TCO
- Provide SAP expertise to guide projects and enhancements in finance and controlling
- Communicate effectively, prepare steering committee materials, and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Lead and streamline new programs while coordinating multiple squads
Requisitos principales
- 10+ years of SAP FICO experience with multi-country deployments
- Strong focus on Finance and Manufacturing Controlling; S4HANA is a plus
- PMO mindset with ability to coordinate several teams simultaneously
- Understanding MM/SD implications for tax solutions and manufacturing cost controlling
- Experience managing senior business SMEs
- Proactive, with strong communication and delivery focus
