As Analytics Manager in Socialpoint’s Marketing Analytics team, you design and drive analytics solutions that shape marketing decisions. You’ll evaluate performance, build data pipelines, and create interactive tools for partner teams, guiding technical direction and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll lead end-to-end initiatives that scale across our game portfolio and evolve with marketing needs. This role offers a meaningful impact on growth and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

Partner with marketing leaders to identify growth and efficiency opportunities
Analyze user behavior with Marketing and User Acquisition teams to answer key questions
Visualize results and make data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders
Oversee technical direction of projects and contribute to product ideation
Develop centralized analytics solutions applicable across the game portfolio
Develop team talent, shape analytics culture and processes

Requisitos principales

5+ years in data science, machine learning or analytics roles
1+ year of people management
Experience in predictive modeling, statistics, experimental design, optimization, data visualization
Strong understanding of marketing metrics (KPIs), campaign optimization, LTV modeling, incrementality analysis
Curiosity for applying AI to marketing data; ability to prototype and test AI tech
Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with Tableau or similar visualization tool
Proven stakeholder management and excellent presentation skills
BS in relevant quantitative field; Masters/PhD strongly preferred
