As Maintenance Manager you drive the maintenance strategy and performance of the organization to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-efficient operation of all technical assets. You lead the maintenance team, guide long-term asset plans, and collaborate with Operations, Projects, and Engineering to align with business objectives. You will implement improvements, manage budgets, and uphold safety and compliance. This role offers the chance to shape maintenance culture in a high‑tech industrial environment with global reach.

Responsabilidades

Develop and implement the maintenance strategy aligned with business objectives
Ensure availability, reliability and safety of all technical assets and installations
Lead, coach and develop the Maintenance team
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs and long-term asset plans
Set priorities, plan resources and control budgets (OPEX & CAPEX)
Drive process improvements, standardization and performance optimization
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards and audits
Manage contractors, suppliers and service agreements
Report on maintenance performance, risks and improvement initiatives
Act as interface with Operations, Projects, Engineering and Management
Guide the organization towards the maintenance strategy
Develop the department and position it within the organization

Requisitos principales

Bachelor level working and thinking level (technical or engineering background preferred)
Proven experience in a maintenance management or senior maintenance role
Experience with developing the department and positioning it within the organization
Strong leadership and people management skills
Solid knowledge of electrical, mechanical and/or hydraulic systems
Experience with asset management, maintenance planning and reliability improvement
Strong analytical, organizational and decision-making capabilities
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and safety
Good command of English (Dutch is an advantage)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
EU passport or valid work permit for the Netherlands
