Responsabilidades

Execute relocation and migration projects within CAFM / IWMS
Ensure client satisfaction throughout the move management process
Adhere to documented move management processes and schedules
Maintain data accuracy in Space technology for assigned locations
Develop and implement move project plans and budgets with cross-functional teams
Serve as a single point of contact for move management
Participate in planning meetings with clients, Occupancy & Space Planning, and stakeholders
Procure and manage move labour and supporting suppliers
Evaluate vendors for performance standards compliance
Prepare project initiation, execution, and closeout documentation
Update vacancy, capacity, churn, cost metrics, and post-move surveys
Input data into SPACE to ensure accurate occupancy information
Produce status and tracking reports and maintain due diligence files
