In this role you help drive the digital transformation at Oerlikon IT by building cloud-native, serverless solutions on the M365 platform. You will create and support low-code apps with Power Apps and Power Automate, collaborating with business and IT customers. You’ll contribute to designing and implementing end-to-end solutions and automating key business processes. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position in a global team with a strong focus on growth and practical impact.

Responsabilidades

Develop low-code applications using M365 technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Support requirements gathering through customer workshops
Design, plan and implement solutions
Automate business processes
Create project documentation
Incident management
Analyze and troubleshoot with the team
Resolve and document problems and solutions
Support the Digital Champions user program

Requisitos principales

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field OR Bachelor’s or equivalent in Information Science / Information Technology / Computer Science with minimum 1 year of relevant experience OR Advanced Degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
1+ years of real-world development experience
At least basic experience in M365 and Power Platform
Basic development knowledge in Power Platform Solutions
Good knowledge of Data Management and technologies (relational databases, Dataverse, SQL)
Knowledge of basic Azure technologies (Azure AD, Azure Functions, Logic Apps) is advantageous
Ability to write functions (.NET, PowerShell)
Good communication skills in English and Italian
Service-oriented mindset
Experience with Microsoft Copilot agents is advantageous
