As an M&A Strategy Leader at Accenture, you guide clients through strategic deal work and post-deal value creation. You will collaborate with cross-border teams to analyze client operations, identify improvement opportunities, and advise on how to maximize value from mergers and acquisitions. Responsabilidades
- Lead and shape M&A strategy engagements for Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze client operations and identify value-creation opportunities
- Advise on M&A lifecycle activities (pre-, during, or post-merger)
- Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams to deliver insights
- Drive innovative solutions leveraging digital and technology levers
- Demonstrate thought leadership through clear communication with executives
Requisitos principales
- 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or internal corporate consulting for Fortune 500 firms
- Exposure to at least one stage of the merger & acquisition lifecycle
- Strong problem-solving skills with creative and analytical approach
- Excellent leadership, written and oral communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in an international cross-border work environment
- Interest in digital and technology as value levers for value creation
- Bachelor’s Degree from a top-tier school
- Native or near-native English and Spanish proficiency
