In this role you will engineer and automate the Linux cloud service and infrastructure, advancing our IaC and automation practices. You will work within the GTS Infrastructure team to standardize, secure, and improve cloud platforms. You’ll oversee Puppet-driven infrastructure, provide consultative onboarding guidance, and lead or contribute to critical infrastructure projects. This position offers exposure to prominent IT governance processes and cross-functional collaboration in a modern, agile environment.

Responsabilidades
- Lead and support IaC development based on Puppet infrastructure
- Design, develop, and enhance the Linux DevOps domain (Puppet, CMDB, LDAP)
- Drive standardization and infrastructure automation
- Ensure Linux blueprints comply with IT governance
- Provide consultancy on application onboarding and infrastructure topics
- Support L2 operations
- Technically lead and contribute to application and primarily infrastructure projects
- Support lifecycle projects (Puppet 8, Ubuntu, SLES, RHEL)
Requisitos principales
- Strong IaC knowledge (Puppet and Ansible)
- Solid Linux knowledge across SLES, Ubuntu, RHEL
- Understanding of LDAP, Kerberos, DNS, DHCP, networking
- Scripting skills with Ruby and Java; good interfaces and protocols
- Packaging and software deployment knowledge with security awareness
- Enterprise experience, preferably in insurance/banking
- Multidisciplinary approach to topics; able to connect diverse viewpoints
- Fluent English; ownership mindset; excellent communication; team player
