In this role you will bridge the laboratory, IT/development teams, and quality/regulatory stakeholders to ensure lab requirements are translated into LIMS functionalities. You will coordinate system enhancements, support end-users, and uphold compliance to maximize value from the LIMS implementation. You will drive validation, testing, UAT, and change management while facilitating clear communication across departments. This position sits at the nexus of digital enablement for fertility-focused operations, offering the chance to shape workflows and data flows across global teams.

Responsabilidades

Gather and document lab workflows and requirements; define use cases, sample lifecycles, and data flows
Translate user needs into software requirements and coordinate with LIMS vendor or internal developers
Participate in validation and testing; manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback
Act as single point of contact between users and developers; coordinate regular feedback meetings
Create user guides and training materials; train end-users; maintain SOPs and knowledge base
Administer LIMS user access, roles, and permissions; configure master data and workflows
Provide first-level support; escalate complex issues; manage version updates and change requests
Regularly review system usage and propose improvements; track feature requests and align with vendor roadmap
