In this role you drive regional continuous improvement for Supply and Material Planning, aligning initiatives with the global capability strategy. You collaborate with local sites and the Global Planning Excellence team to support and track improvement projects. You organize sessions with Supply Planners, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives. You balance availability with obsolescence costs through lifecycle management and maintain transparency around regional complexity. This role offers the chance to shape regional supply planning practices and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

Identify and align continuous improvement initiatives with the capability strategy for the scope markets
Support or execute CI activities with regional and site resources across Supply and Material Planning, MRP, and Scheduling
Organize sessions with Supply Planners to review performance and address challenges
Manage and track progress of regional initiatives to ensure on-time delivery
Coordinate Lifecycle management to balance availability and obsolescence costs
Create transparency around regional complexity and improvement needs
Collaborate with Global Supply and Production Planning Process Excellence
Sustain regional key user network for Supply Planning, ensuring roles and knowledge are current
Organize onboarding and training sessions to keep the Supply Planning network up-to-date

Requisitos principales

Industrial engineering, Business Administration or related background; master degree is valuable
1-2 years of experience in supply chain management
Digital expertise in analytical tools like Excel, Power BI or similar
Fluent English; additional languages valued
Good team player with a proactive mindset to improve processes and projects
