As Legal M&A Counsel you will lead the legal stream for cross-European M&A deals within the SaaS group, partnering with the SaaS General Counsel. You will shape end-to-end deal execution, coordinate due diligence, and drive process improvements with tax and finance teams. You will guide a Junior Counsel and collaborate with regional colleagues to manage transactional risk and outcomes. This role offers exposure to a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and the chance to influence scale and integration across Europe. Responsabilidades

Lead the legal stream for the group’s M&A transactions (share and asset deals) end-to-end
Draft and negotiate transactional contracts including SPAs, SHAs, APAs, management agreements, earnout agreements
Coordinate legal due diligence processes
Drive process optimisations with M&A, tax, and finance teams
Manage and coordinate internal and external legal advice on transactional matters
