In this global role, you’ll elevate leadership capability and embed inclusive practices across regions, partnering with HR and business leaders to drive measurable outcomes. You’ll design scalable leadership programs and DEI initiatives aligned with talent processes. You’ll influence executive audiences and help shape a culturally inclusive organization through data-driven insights. This position offers the chance to impact leadership culture at scale within a mission-driven company.

Responsabilidades

Design and deliver global leadership programs for all levels, from emerging leaders to executives
Introduce accessible learning modalities (virtual, in-person, mobile) to scale impact
Facilitate leadership workshops, offsites, and senior-team development sessions
Align leadership initiatives with performance management and succession planning
Develop and execute a multi-year DEI roadmap with measurable goals
Partner with senior leaders to drive inclusive culture change and communicate DEI priorities
Support and expand Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and create allyship programs
Advise HR and business leaders, co-designing solutions and delivering outcomes
Collaborate with regional HR teams and global stakeholders to share best practices
Track and report on leadership and DEI effectiveness and impact
Stay current with global trends in leadership and DEI

Requisitos principales

7+ years' experience in leadership development and DEI in global or multicultural settings
Strong facilitation and communication skills for executive audiences
Deep knowledge and practical implementation of DEI principles
Ability to balance strategy with hands-on program design and delivery
Analytical mindset with experience using data and dashboards to inform decisions
Culturally sensitive with a global mindset and regional experience
Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
