As Leadership and Team Effectiveness Facilitator, you will drive leadership development and team performance within Verisure’s Group HR Talent & Development team. You’ll translate our leadership model into actionable workshops and interventions across markets, fostering measurable engagement and business impact. You will build content, co-create with global partners, and maintain tools and a network of internal facilitators. This role places you at the heart of our transformation and growth journey, shaping leadership capabilities at scale.

Responsabilidades

  • Support leadership growth and team development through curricula and hands-on learning experiences
  • Translate and implement our leadership model through workshops and team interventions for all levels
  • Co-create content with Markets and Group Functions; tailor programmes for leaders, high potentials, successors, and executives
  • Design team interventions that promote our desired leadership culture and drive tangible results
  • Use feedback to identify new learning needs and update programmes
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to deliver relevant, applicable learning solutions
  • Follow up post-programmes to ensure learning transfer and action plans; provide managers’ guides and toolkits
  • Develop and maintain an internal Facilitators Network; deliver train-the-trainer sessions
  • Collaborate with Talent team to define and track KPIs to measure impact of leadership development activities
  • Support implementation of other leadership tools (360 feedback, coaching, mentoring) and assist the ESG and Communications officers as needed
  • Locations and travel planning: support a hybrid model with potential international travel across Europe and Latin America

Requisitos principales

  • Bachelor-level education (business, psychology or leadership development preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years in leadership and team effectiveness facilitation, in consulting or corporate roles, with people management experience
  • Ability to adapt to all audience sizes and formats (in-person or virtual)
  • Participant-centered facilitator with coaching acumen
  • Proven ability to deliver scalable L&D programmes in a global context and drive business objectives
  • Experience with adult learning practices in a transformative environment
  • Strategic thinking and stakeholder influence to build trust and collaboration
  • Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable with international, multicultural teams
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; additional European languages a plus
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with ability to balance strategic oversight and detailed execution
