In this role you drive commercial momentum by qualifying and routing high-quality leads from digital and offline marketing to the sales team. You support pipeline development and revenue growth through outbound calls, campaign follow-ups, and CRM data integrity. You collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the customer journey and act as the marketing–sales bridge in the EMEA region. This position offers impact by accelerating diagnoses and enabling life-changing solutions in cancer diagnostics.
Responsabilidades
- Qualify and categorize leads from country-level digital marketing, trade shows, inquiries, and campaigns.
- Serve as the primary bridge between marketing and sales for seamless lead handover.
- Assess customer need and readiness for sales engagement in cancer diagnostics instruments and consumables.
- Outbound prospecting calls to follow up on campaigns and product launches to generate sales-ready leads.
- Identify key decision-makers in laboratories and conduct targeted conversations to drive qualification.
- Maintain and enrich the CRM database, ensuring accuracy of lead details.
- Validate and update customer information via interactions, data enrichment, and third-party lists.
- Utilize Zuant for event-based lead capture and integrate data into Salesforce.com.
Requisitos principales
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree considered
- Fluent in English and French, with Spanish or Italian as an advantage
- Excellent communication and sales engagement skills
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms
- Familiarity with Zuant or similar lead capture tools and CRM integration
- Proficiency in data entry, reporting, and lead-tracking processes
