As Lead Electronic Engineer you’ll helm hardware conception and design for new products and systems within Celestica Valencia’s Design and Engineering Services. You will guide a multiskilled team and collaborate with customer technical teams to deliver robust, high‑quality electronics solutions. The role focuses on developing complex circuits, PCB layouts, and RF/EMI considerations at scale. You will contribute to a globally oriented, collaborative culture that values innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

Own hardware conception, design and build of new products or systems with minimal supervision
Design and analyze electronic circuits; create electrical diagrams; select components and perform PCB layouts
Lead and mentor colleagues to ensure task scope, quality and schedule adherence
Interface with customers; lead meetings; present progress and propose viable solutions
Evaluate design options, run simulations, conduct measurements and trials
Ensure compliance with internal and external standards
Collaborate with manufacturers and verify designs through tests and acceptance procedures

Requisitos principales

Proven experience in electronic circuit design
Component selection with understanding of critical parameters
Ability to read and create complex digital and analog diagrams
PCB layout design experience including multi‑layer stackups and high‑speed routing (DDR4, USB3.0, PCIe)
RF and matching network design experience (ISM, Bluetooth, NFC)
EMI/EMC mitigation experience
Cadence Allegro Design Entry & PCB Designer proficiency
Experience with version control and centralized databases (nice-to-have)
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Experience leading/coordinating small development teams
Experience in design verification, test procedures, and collaboration with part manufacturers
