As Engineering Manager in Apple’s Global Siri Organization, you lead a multilingual ML and language tech team to deliver world-class Siri experiences across markets. You drive data‑driven decisions, oversee data annotation and language representations, and shape international engineering plans. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams and report to senior leadership to ensure scalable, high‑quality language solutions for billions of devices. This role offers a chance to influence the end‑to‑end user experience of Siri on a global scale.

Responsabilidades

Manage a Language Engineering team across Understanding, Experience, Tools, Platform and International groups to meet business goals
Lead data‑driven decisions to deliver high‑quality Siri experiences globally; oversee data annotation and language representations
Develop ambitious engineering plans for international excellence in Siri for worldwide customers
Provide regular updates to organization groups and VP‑level management
Ensure strong software development lifecycle practices with detailed technical designs and implementations
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders with diverse backgrounds
Hands‑on leadership of ML and language technology initiatives, including model development and release processes
Experience developing, training, and fine‑tuning LLMs, CV models, or Generative AI models

Requisitos principales

Experience leading engineering teams developing machine learning systems and language technologies
Strong ability to establish partnerships and manage complex cross‑functional relationships
Proven track record with end‑to‑end product delivery and SDLC
Hands‑on experience with ML model development, training, and release management
MSc in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences
Strategic planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
Customer‑focused mindset with emphasis on end‑to‑end user experience
