You will be the central contact for the Spanish and French Works Councils, acting as the P&C representative both internally and externally. You will partner with HR, legal, and leadership to facilitate governance processes and clear communications. You will coordinate information flow, prepare council materials, and track commitments. You will play a key role in stakeholder management, ensuring compliant and constructive dialogues. This role supports our people-focused governance and international workforce collaboration.
Responsabilidades
- Serve as the primary liaison for the Spanish and French Works Councils with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Coordinate governance processes and ensure timely, accurate information flow to and from councils
- Prepare and organize council materials, reports, and meeting follow-ups
- Support decision-making processes by facilitating clear communication and tracking commitments
- Partner with HR, legal, and leadership to align council activities with company policies and strategy
- Manage stakeholder relationships across functions to enable constructive dialogue and compliance
Requisitos principales
- Experience supporting works councils or similar employee representative bodies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and meet deadlines
- Diplomacy and conflict resolution skills
- Project coordination and document management abilities
